Winners will be honored at an on-site Awards Ceremony at Vinexpo Americas 2026 on April 29th. Winning exhibitors will receive their physical medals and certificates at the event, and will be able to display and hang their medals directly on their bottles in their booth — a powerful, eye-catching statement to buyers and visitors on the show floor.
Winners also receive:
- Physical medals and certificates presented at the ceremony

Competition Details & Shipping Rates
There is no limit to how many entries you may submit to either competition. Entry fees and shipping fees are two separate charges. Entry fees are paid directly to the competition at time of registration. Shipping fees are invoiced separately once your shipment is confirmed.

Sample Submission Deadline: March 13, 2026
All sample bottles must be received at our European logistics partner by March 13th. Please plan your shipment to ensure timely delivery.

Please note: The producer/exporter is responsible for all shipping charges to the Hillebrand Gori France warehouse. Once you confirm your shipment, we will send you a separate invoice for the flat rate shipping program costs along with full export invoice instructions.
Liability: The New York International Spirits Competition, the New York International Wine Competition, and Hillebrand Gori are not responsible for any damaged bottles in transit to the Hillebrand Gori France warehouse or to the US warehouse for the competitions.
How the Shipping Program Works

- Ship your sample bottles from Europe using our flat rate consolidated shipping program
- 2 sample bottles are required per entry
- If you win, collect your medals and certificates at the Awards Ceremony on April 29th at Vinexpo Americas 2026
- Display your medals on your bottles in your booth and let your results do the talking
